Shipping While every effort will be made to ship your order within 24 hours of receipt, please allow 2-4 days for delivery. All orders received on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be processed the next business day. All back ordered items will be shipped as soon as possible usually 1-2 weeks after ordering. You’ll be charged shipping one time upfront for the entire order. Shipping/Handling Rates Our standard shipping rates are for USPS First Class Mail and UPS (over 5 lbs). Add $10.00 to the standard shipping fee for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and PR. Add $15.00 to the standard shipping fee for international shipments. In Store Pick up We will make every effort to have in store pick up orders ready within 24 hours of receiving the order. If orders are not picked up within two weeks of the order the items will be returned to the shop inventory. Refunds and Returns All returned merchandise must be in saleable condition, with original tags and packaging, and currently available in the shop. With a receipt and within 30 days of purchase, you may receive a full refund. Items returned without a receipt or after 30 days can be exchanged or we will issue a store gift certificate. Damaged items will be an equal exchange only. Hats, hosiery items, cassettes/CDs can be exchanged only if defective. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
